the breakfast buffet had a fabulous selection , i really enjoyed it. my room was spacious and i liked that i could open a window for fresh air. the bed was comfortable , and the shower had plenty of hot water.

i was disappointed to find the hotel room lacked proper ventilation , and towels remained wet the next day. the room was not cleaned , which was inconvenient. i had to go to the lobby to get towels and toilet paper.

the hotel is outside the city centre. you need to walk five minutes to take the tram. it goes to the center of everything you want.

Really good Stay, A Home Away from Home

The staff showed great care from arrival to departure, feeling like i was at home. The rooms were very clean (i really loved that!), breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Staff members were also friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Included meals really provided a simple, cheap alternative to cooking.

Parking at the hotel was expensive (a small inconvenience though).

The hotel benefits from good transportation links and it is easy to reach several locations from it. A tram station is near the hotel (a quick 5-minute ride to the Liseberg stop). Central areas are accessible in approximately 15 minutes via transport.

The hotel included both breakfast and dinner and there was a lot of choice, amazing. Even fika, a late afternoon dessert with coffee, is included as part of the service. This allows a very convenient and cute option.

i appreciated the suite with a separated bedroom. there was also a living area with sofa beds and a tv. the kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom included a sauna.

the windows in my room did not open. also parking was a bit complicated because the garage is shared by offices clinics the grocery store and the hotel. i understand i should have made sure i understood the parking situation before arrival.

the hotel room was very good. i appreciated the accessories, like the microwave, fridge, and stove (very useful for a longer stay). i found it quiet and conveniently close to the city center. breakfast and dinner were delicious, and i really enjoyed the variety.

i noticed a bit of water came out of the shower unit. this meant the floor towel got wet rather quickly.
